I’m glad you found inspiration from my family story, Tracey. The process really did open an unexpected result, but we were all able to proceed with confidence afterward and still enjoy a deep commitment and love for each other.

The touchstone questions are practically a reflex for me, after years of using them. I hope you continue to find them helpful and nourishing.

Have you ever heard the phrase, “What we feel, we can heal”? Our sadness needs to be recognized and held, so we can better understand it in order to transform it into wisdom and compassion. May you grow in wisdom and find a deep joy that is unshakeable.
